Updated build 484 of Pixel 1.0 Beta 5 for Linux, eComStation and Zeta has been released to public as well as for customers. SANE and color management has been finally ported to eComStation (screenshot) and many bugs has been fixed. New builds for all platforms including public demo versions will be available until friday.

Czech Computer magazine made image editors comparison again, just one year after previous one. In November 2004, Pixel got 4th place (among programs like Photoshop, Photo Paint, Paint Shop Pro, Ulead PhotoImpact and GIMP). Pixel for Linux build 480 (Beta 5) has been released for members and also as public demo version. There is now also eComStation version updated to build 480, which resolves all troubles caused by previous build.
